I've been responsible for researching new avenues for our products to create new workflows and features. I also maintain design consistency for these products by using our design system.
I was working with an Indianapolis-based local start-up to help them introduce a new platform for their users. My team and I worked to create concepts to define our final solution and validated them with real users to identify usability issues in the app.
I worked as a researcher, designer, and teaching assistant at Indiana University. I researched 'Accessibility for mixed-ability workplaces,' spearheaded multiple design sprints for a collaborative classroom tool, and helped many undergraduate design students.
I led a team of 4 consultants for an international shipping client as a subject matter expert on revenue and tariffs. I spearheaded multiple design sprints to develop a new AI Chatbot feature for our client's existing tracking website.
